Peter is our Quantity Surveyor, with experience of wide range of projects, ranging from small-scale construction to large new-build and refurbishment contracts. His responsibilities include the analysis and evaluation of specifications and drawings. He also prepares valuations and procures the materials and subcontractors we need for any given project.
Peter also prepares our health and safety plans, undertakes site visits and meets with clients when needed. He’s also on hand to solve any contract issues that may arise. Peter particularly likes the positive team spirit at A. W. Hardy and has enjoyed playing a significant role in many prestigious projects over the years. When he’s not at work, Peter is a train fanatic with a keen interest in railway architecture.
