Our process

We take inspiration from you to make your dreams and plans a reality. 1. You brief us

At the outset of your project, our senior experts will meet with you to discuss your specific requirements. Our senior experts will work with you to:

  • Identify key project parameters, constraints and objectives
  • Agree programme dates and timelines
  • Suggest procurement routes and suppliers
  • Consider design options and project strategy.

If you decide to work with us, we'll agree on contracts and work closely with you to achieve an early programme. We can also support you in harmonising aesthetics, finances, compliance and any technical practicalities, including the safe management of your construction.

2. Pre-construction preparation

Before construction begins, we'll gather together all the information and technical data we need to develop your project programme. The stage of the process involves:

  • Obtaining record drawing information
  • Instructing site surveys
  • Developing CAD and design drawings
  • Selecting finishes and developing the finishes schedule
  • Preliminary discussions with the local authority and other stakeholders, as required.
3. Construction

We take pride in every detail of the construction process. We offer expert management of every aspect, undertaken in close co-operation with you. Key steps include:

  • Assigning highly skilled professionals to the various project tasks
  • Communicating with stakeholders
  • Appointing and manage sub-contractors, if needed
  • Rigorous quality management
  • Providing regular progress reports, including cost management and photos
  • Managing on-site Health and Safety compliance and logistical issues.

4. Completion and handover

We ensure that we finish the project to a high standard that meets your specifications by undertaking rigorous final inspections. We can also assist with the transitional period as you begin to use your new facilities, as well as providing aftercare to ensure this goes smoothly.
