During the course of the build programme, an additional, larger four-bedroom detached residence was added to the development, also featuring a flat roof and render-and-brickwork elevations. This property stood out as the ‘prestige’ residence of the development, also featuring a balcony to the front elevation and a ‘corner sliding/folding door’ to the rear patio and garden area.
Private roads and landscaped external surroundings set off this high-level housing development. This project created superior accommodation in a much sought-after location with appropriate landscapes and groundworks. It was a great opportunity to put our design and build expertise to work.
