Client Brief

This is often established with you and others prior to our involvement. We can adopt and develop this by drawing on expertise from external consultants with whom we have built close working relationships.

Pre-construction

This typically involves gathering information and technical data to enable us to produce a project programme. These stages are undertaken in liaison with client-appointed external consultants and include:

Obtain record drawing information
Instruct site surveys
Develop CAD and design drawings
Finishes selection and development of finishes schedule

Project implementation – Construction

Our attention to detail and control over the implementation is guaranteed through our management processes undertaken with close co-operation with you as the client. Essential steps of this process include:

Assigning our highly skilled professionals to the various project tasks
Communication with stakeholders
Appoint and manage sub-contractors
Rigorous quality management
Provide regular progress reports, including cost management, progress photos and client tours
Manage on site Health and Safety compliance and logistical issues

4. Completion and handover

We aim to finish the project to a high standard that meets your specifications and requirements through rigorous final inspections. We can also facilitate transition as you begin to use the new facilities and can provide aftercare to ensure that things go smoothly.
