Paul Noakes is one of A. W. Hardy’s leading site managers. As with many members of our team, he joined the company as an apprentice on leaving school and has been with us for over 24 years.
After successfully achieving his qualifications, Paul worked for many years honing his skills and now often takes responsibility for Hardy’s major projects. He is particularly known for his ability to build good relationships with clients and sub-contractors and his ability to meet project deadlines.
Paul’s professionalism and leadership skills were deservedly recognised in 2020. He was the only member of staff to be recognised twice as part of our Employee of The Month Award Scheme for his outstanding contribution. On accepting the awards, Paul acknowledged that the training and development support he has received at A.W. Hardy has been of significant benefit to his career.
In his spare time, Paul enjoys movies based on the Marvel characters. He also enjoys Formula 1 racing.
