Courtney works in our busy office team, providing essential support to the Hardy operation in terms of accounting and financial control. She joined A.W. Hardy in 2017 and, although she had no background in accountancy or administration, she was keen to learn and to develop her skills.
With the financial assistance of A.W. Hardy and support from her manager, Connie Carter, Courtney has gone from strength to strength. She undertook her AAT Accounting Technician qualifications over the course of 3 years, achieving Level 3. In 2022, she took the brave decision to embark on her Level 4 qualification.
Courtney’s achievements are not limited to passing her exams: she has also often scored the highest marks in her study group. She says that she loves working at Hardy’s and feels that the support she has received has helped her to become more efficient and gain self-confidence.
